Silybum marianum fruit extract, or silymarin, is an antioxidant driven from the milk thistle plant that neutralizes free radicals from blue light and combats signs of aging.

Peptides
Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 is the peptide we use in our products. Peptides are collagen-producing agent that locks in moisture and naturally supports fuller appearance of lips. This peptide specifically helps to enhance skin penetration, thus increasing hydration and product efficacy.

Coconut Oil
Cocos nucifera oil, or coconut oil, is a natural moisturizer that deeply hydrates and nourishes the skin, leaving it soft and supple. It helps to keep lips moisturized by creating a protective barrier that locks in moisture. The fatty acids in coconut oil, such as lauric acid, help to soften the lips, leaving them smooth and supple.

Squalane
Squalane is a lightweight, non-comedogenic oil that mimics the skin's natural sebum, making it an excellent moisturizer for all skin types. It helps restore the skin's barrier, locking in hydration and improving elasticity for a soft, smooth texture.

Cocoa Butter
Theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids to protect from free-radical damage, chapped lips, and signs of aging. Cocoa butter is a great natural alternative to petroleum-based balms.

Vitamin E
Tocopherol (Vitamin E) is a powerful antioxidant that protects against free radical damage and environmental stressors, helping to prevent premature aging of the skin. Not only does it protect, but has strong healing properties, and promotes collagen, yielding extra-supple and smooth skin.

Beeswax
Beeswax creates a breathable barrier that seals in hydration, keeping lips soft and supple. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that help calm chapped lips while promoting healing with vitamin A. This wax has a creamy consistency that glides on smoothly, which makes it ideal for lipcare products.

Lake dyes or FD&C colorants are synthetic, petroleum-derived ingredients that add color to cosmetics, skincare, other personal care products. They have a negative effect on behavior and overall health (mimics estrogen in the body which can cause endocrine disruption and can even be carcinogenic).
